Four people arrested following separate vehicle stops in Antigonish Co. and Inverness Co. are expected back in court Wednesday.
RCMP say tips from members of the public led to the stops in Aulds Cove and Waycobah in November.
They say officers seized dexamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in Aulds Cove.
Logan Brophy, 24, and Kristin Smith, 25, from Frankville, face possession charges.
Their cases opened in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court in December; they’re scheduled for election-and-plea hearings in Antigonish Provincial Court.
Police say they seized a firearm, oxycodone and drug paraphernalia in Waycobah.
Theodore Basque, 45, and Doris Gould, 28, face trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking charges.
The pair from Waycobah, whose cases also opened in court in December, are scheduled for an election-and-plea hearing in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court.
