The Dragons finished the regular season in top spot in the six-team league with 46 points; they had a first-round playoff bye.
The Hurricanes were last with sixteen points; they beat SAERC in their two-game first-round series.
Dalbrae swept the four-game season series between the teams by a combined score of 23-5.

The winner has a chance to sweep the series when it shifts to Louisdale Thursday night.
The SAERC Saints have another chance to advance to the NSSAF division three (D3) boys hockey championship.
The Saints host the Middleton Monarchs in a provincial qualifier.

St. Andrews’ Declan Smith and the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles host Pleasant Valley’s Jacob Hudson, Antigonish’s Jake Stewart and the Moncton Wildcats in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
The Screaming Eagles (28-27-7) have won two of their last three; they’re twelfth in the 18-team league with 63 points, eight points behind the two teams tied for tenth.
The Wildcats (25-30-8) are in fourteenth place with 58 points.
