A man arrested after officers searched a marijuana storefront in Port Hawkesbury has received a conditional sentence.
The search at Island Hemp on Granville St. took place in September.
Police say officers seized cannabis marijuana, cannabis marijuana products and cash.
The case of Michael Tyrrell, 35, opened in court in October; he was expected in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Tuesday- he received a six-month term to be served by conditional sentence order for possession of marijuana for the purpose of trafficking.
