A man facing charges following a drug bust in Inverness Co. has entered a guilty plea in the case.
Police say officers seized cocaine during a targeted traffic stop on Granville St. in Port Hawkesbury in August.
They say they also searched the driver’s home, and seized a small amount of marijuana and other evidence.
RCMP charged Jake Curtis Babin, 31, of Port Hawkesbury with possession of cocaine and marijuana for the purpose of trafficking; he pleaded guilty in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Monday.
Babin was sentenced to one year of probation and received a $1,000 fine.
