A man arrested following a hit-and-run in Port Hawkesbury is scheduled to return to court in April.
RCMP say officers were called to a hit-and-run in the parking lot of the Causeway Shopping Centre in December.
They say a 26-year-old Port Hawkesbury man, who was treated by paramedics at the scene, suffered minor injuries.
Police say the driver fled, but they later arrested Forest Douglas Baker, 21, of Port Hawkesbury.
Baker, who was released from custody on strict conditions shortly after his arrest, faces five charges- dangerous driving causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, failing to remain at the scene and impaired driving.
He was expected for election-and-plea in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Monday; instead, the hearing was adjourned until April 30.
It was also adjourned in February.
