St. Andrews’ Declan Smith and the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles will try to stay alive when they host the Drummondville Voltigeurs in game five of their Quebec Major Junior Hockey League playoff series.
The Voltigeurs won game four 4-1 to take a commanding 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven, first-round series in Sydney Wednesday night; Smith, who was named the game’s second star, had Cape Breton’s lone goal.
Puck drop at Centre 200 in Sydney is 7 p.m.
The Screaming Eagles need to win to avoid elimination, and send the series back to Drummondville for game six Sunday afternoon.
