A man and woman arrested following a vehicle stop in Inverness Co. are scheduled to return to court in May.
RCMP say tips from members of the public led to the stop in Waycobah in November.
They say they seized a firearm, oxycodone and drug paraphernalia.
Theodore Basque, 45, and Doris Gould, 28, face trafficking and possession for the purpose of trafficking charges.
The pair from Waycobah, whose case opened in court in December, were expected for election-and-plea in Wagmatcook Provincial Court Wednesday; instead, the hearing was adjourned until May 2.
It was also adjourned in February and March.
