The line-up for the 2018 Celtic Colours International Festival has been announced.
Natalie MacMaster, a renowned fiddler and Troy native, and Blazin’ Fiddles from Scotland will open the 22nd annual festival at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre Oct. 5.
Dave MacIsaac, Dave Gunning, J.P. Cormier, Andrea Beaton, Howie MacDonald, Dwayne Cote, Mary Jane Lamond, Wendy MacIsaac, Joe MacMaster and Beolach are among the other performers.
49 concerts and more than 300 cultural events will take place across Cape Breton until the festival wraps up at Centre 200 in Sydney Oct. 13.
