St. Andrews’ Declan Smith and the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles are in PEI to face the Charlottetown Islanders at 7:30 p.m.
The Screaming Eagles will play their second game in as many nights when they visit Pomquet’s Logan Chisholm and Acadie-Bathurst Saturday night.
The Halifax Mooseheads visit the Saint John Sea Dogs at 7 p.m.
The Mooseheads head to PEI to play Charlottetown Saturday night.
The StFX soccer teams are in New Brunswick for AUS action.
They meet the Mount Allison Mounties in Sackville.
The X-Men (2-1-1), who are ranked 10th in the country, are tied with Dalhousie for third in the 10-team conference with seven points, three points behind Cape Breton for second, and two points ahead of Memorial, Saint Mary’s and UPEI, who are all tied for fifth.
Mount Allison (0-4-0), pointless through the first four games of the 2018 season, is tied with Moncton for ninth.
The X-Women (2-1-1) are fourth in their 10-team conference with seven points, five points behind Cape Breton, Acadia and Dalhousie, the three teams tied for top spot, and two points ahead of fifth-place Memorial.
The Mounties (0-3-1), who are winless, sit eighth with a single point.
The women start at 5 p.m.; the men get underway at 7:15 p.m.
