Cecil Clarke should resign - Nova Scotia Liberal Leader Stephen McNeil

The leader of the provinces Liberal Party says Cape Breton North MLA, Cecil Clarke should resign from the provincial legislature.
Stephen McNeil is reacting to the announcement made Thursday that Clarke will be running for the Conservatives in the next federal election.
McNeil says the people of Cape Breton need a full-time representative who is focused on serving them.
"He should resign immediately so the people of his riding can be represented fully and completely," he says.
Clarke has sad in the provincial legislature since 2001.
