The Strait Regional School Board is launching a brand new website.

The new reformed website should be up and running within the next couple of days.

At last night's regular monthly school board meeting Superintendant Jack Beaton said all schools will launch new website that will be linked together.

"The Strait Regional School Board website has a look, whether it is the board website or a school website. They're not exactly the same, they are not the same colors, but they have the same look about them," he said. "There is an opportunity for school board information to be found on school websites."

Beaton says the new websites will reflect what modern websites are like.

He says it's a way of branding the board and making it clear what schools are under their jurisdiction.
