Antigonish RCMP apprehend impaired driver

RCMP have arrested the second impaired driver of the month in Antigonish.
A 55-year-old Antigonish county man was arrested Thursday.
He is facing charges of impaired driving and refusing the breathalyzer.
The man will appear in Antigonish provincial court on October 27th.
