Tropical Storm Earl

Hurricane Earl was downgraded around noon time on Saturday to a Tropical Storm.  The Quad Counties are feeling the effects with high winds, rain and some power outages.

There are over 80 000 NSP customers without power including those between Troy and Harbouview in Inverness County and residents in the Country Harbour area of Guysborough County.  NSP is saying some will be without power until Monday.
