Guysborough Co. drug bust suspect pleads not guilty to charges

A 25-year-old man charged in connection with a Guysborough Co. drug bust has pleaded not guilty.
Police charged Adam Robert Chisholm with possession and possession for the purpose of trafficking following a bust at a Giant's Lake home last February.
Police say members of the Antigonish/Guysborough RCMP Street Crime Enforcement Unit seized marijuana, other drugs and cash at the home.
Chisholm asked to have his case moved to Halifax in August; it was sent back to Antigonish last month.
He entered not guilty pleas in Antigonish Provincial Court Wednesday; his trial is set for May 7.
