Charges dismissed against break-and-enter suspect

A 20-year-old Louisdale woman charged after a Richmond Co. break-and-enter has had most of her charges dismissed.

Stacey Rose O'Toole was charged with break-enter-and-theft, theft under $5,000 and two breaches in July.

RCMP say officers showed up to a break-and-enter in progress at Governor's Lounge in Louisdale.

O'Toole pleaded guilty to one breach in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Wednesday; the Crown didn't present evidence on the other charges and they were dismissed.

She's scheduled for sentencing on the breach February 27th.
