Three suspects arrested following an Inverness Co. shooting had their cases adjourned.

RCMP say a 34-year-old man suffered non-life-threatening injuries after he was shot in the leg at a home in Skye Glen last month.

33-year-old James Edwin Tyler Goswell of Stewartdale faces an aggravated assault count, seven weapons charges and a drug count.

His brother, 27-year-old Justin Francis Goswell of Judique has been charged with three firearms counts and a drug offence.

Both men had their bail applications denied.

21-year-old Makayla Sutherland of Harbourview has been charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking in the same case; she has been released from custody.

All three had their election-and-plea hearings in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court adjourned to September 5th.
