A rough weather day in the Quad Counties is being capped off by the closure of the Canso Causeway.
High winds and rain mixed with snow has made crossing the Canso Causeway dangerous.
RCMP are stopping motorists on both sides of the Causeway until a Department of Transportation snow plow arrives at which time they will begin one way escorted traffic until the weather clears. |
