A man arrested after a traffic stop in Inverness Co. is scheduled to return to court Wednesday.
RCMP say officers conducted a traffic stop on Hwy. 104 in Port Hastings in August.
They say they searched a vehicle, and found dexamphetamine, codeine, other drug paraphernalia and brass knuckles.
Sean Dale Simon, 36, of Port Hawkesbury has been charged with a pair of possession for the purpose of trafficking counts, two weapons-related offences and three breaches.
Simon made his first court appearance in the case shortly after his arrest; he was released on conditions.
He’s expected for election-and-plea in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court after the hearing was adjourned in October.
