The Heatherton Warriors host the St. Joseph’s Chiefs for a double-header in the AGR.
The Warriors (8-3) are first in the five-team league, a half-game up on second-place Pomquet; the Chiefs (2-3) are fourth, a half-game behind Guysborough for third, and three-and-a-half games ahead of last-place St. Andrews.
It’s the second game between the teams- Heatherton won the first 7-0 in St. Joseph’s in July.
First pitch in the twin bill is 1:30 p.m.

The Antigonish Celtics host Valley United in the U13A girls division at 1 p.m.
The Celtics (3-1-2) are sixth in the 10-team division with 11 points, three points behind Thunder FC for fifth, and two points ahead of seventh-place Halifax Co.; Valley United (6-1-1) is fourth with 19 points.
It’s the first league game between the teams.
Highland FC, fifth in their six-team division, hosts Suburban FC (6-5-0) in U15AA girls action in New Glasgow at 2 p.m.
Suburban FC has won the first two games in the season series between the teams by a combined score of 5-0.

The Celtics (1-5-2) are tied with Bedford for eighth in the 10-team division with five points, seven points behind United DFC-Navy for seventh, and two points ahead of last-place Halifax City; Halifax Co. (7-4-1) is fifth with 22 points.
It’s the first league game of the season between the teams.
