The Strait Pirates are home for the second half of a home-and-home series in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League.
The Pirates (2-0-0) take on the Sackville Blazers (1-1-0).
They beat the Blazers 3-2 in Sackville Monday night.
Taylor Lambke, the head coach of the Pirates, tells The Hawk it’s been a good start.
“We were happy with our first two games so far this year- they were close games,” he says. “I think last year, we probably wouldn’t have come up on the right side of those, but this year, we have a good group, and we were able to get two big wins.”
Puck drop at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre is 7:30 p.m.
