The Cape Breton West Islanders play their second road game of the weekend in the Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League.
The Islanders, coming off a loss in Dartmouth Saturday night, visit the Cole Harbour Wolfpack in a match-up of the top two teams in the eight-team league; Cole Harbour is first, Cape Breton West is second.
It’s the first game of the season between the teams.
Game time is 11 a.m.
The Cabot Highlanders are in Bedford to take on the Basin Armada in the Nova Scotia Minor Midget AAA Hockey League.
The last-place Highlanders (0-6-0), who are still looking for a win in their first season in the league, have lost their first six, including two against the Armada.
Puck drop is 12:15 p.m.

The league-leading Northern Selects host the Northern Lightning in Pictou.
The teams met in New Glasgow Saturday night.
The Selects won 5-2
The Cape Breton Panthers play the Fundy Nationals in Saint John again.
The teams met Saturday night.
Cape Breton had a 7-1 win.
Both games get underway at 10:30 a.m.
The Novas are back in action in the Nova Scotia Major Bantam Hockey League.
The Novas, who lost in Dartmouth Saturday night, are in East Hants to face the Rangers.
Game time is 11 a.m.
Both of the province’s Quebec Major Junior Hockey League teams play their second games in a row.
St. Andrews’ Declan Smith and the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles visit the Saint John Sea Dogs for the second time in as many days at 3 p.m.; the Screaming Eagles won Saturday night’s game between the teams.
The Halifax Mooseheads, coming off a win in Sherbrooke Saturday night, visit Whycocomagh’s Chase Ellis and the Drummondville Voltigeurs at 4 p.m.
The Mooseheads are ranked third in the country.
