StFX (9-5-2), with back-to-back wins, sits third in the seven-team conference with 20 points, three points behind Saint Mary’s for second, and three points ahead of fourth-place UPEI; Dalhousie (3-12-0) is last with six points.
The X-Men have won the first three games in the five-game season series.
The X-Women visit the Saint Mary’s Huskies.

The SAERC Saints visit the Eskasoni Coyotes in the Cape Breton West High School Hockey League.
The Saints (3-2-0) are second in the five-team league with eight points, a point behind Dalbrae for top spot, and a point ahead of third-place Richmond Academy; the Coyotes (0-2-0), who are winless, are last, six points back of Inverness-Baddeck Academy for fourth.
It’s the first game of the season between the teams.
Game time is 7 p.m.
The Dr. J.H. Gillis Royals are on home ice in the Northern Nova Scotia High School Hockey League.
They host the Northumberland Night Hawks.
It’s a match-up of teams at the bottom of the standings in the five-team league- the Royals (0-3-1), who are winless, are last with one point, two points back of the Night Hawks (1-3-2) for fourth.
It’s the first game of the season between the teams.
Puck drop at the Antigonish Arena is 6:30 p.m.
St. Andrews’ Declan Smith and the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles face a Maritimes Division opponent at home in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League.
They take on the Saint John Sea Dogs.
The Screaming Eagles (13-11-2), who have won three of their last four, are tied with Chicoutimi for ninth in the 18-team league with 28 points, four points behind the two teams tied for seventh, and three points ahead of the three teams tied for 11th; the Sea Dogs (2-20-3) are last with seven points.
The teams have met three times already; Cape Breton has won two of those first three games.
Puck drop at Centre 200 in Sydney is 7 p.m.
It’s the first of back-to-back home games for the Screaming Eagles; they host Beaver Meadow’s Ryan MacLellan, who spent parts of two seasons with Cape Breton, and Rouyn-Noranda Thursday night.
