RCMP say they have confirmed the deaths of two people following a collision on Highway 104 Sunday.
They say at approximately 10 a.m., they responded to the collision between a Ford f150 and a Chevrolet Silverado on Highway 104 between exits 27 and 29.
They say the two males from Newfoundland in the Silverado, a 69-year-old and a 61-year-old were found deceased.
The driver and lone occupant of the Ford F150, a 61-year-old man fromTantallonn, was transported by lifeflight to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.
Both lanes of the highway were closed for about 10 hours.
RCMP say the investigation is ongoing.
