The regional executive director of the Strait Regional Centre for Education is leaving the position.
Ford Rice has been appointed interim executive director of the Public School Administrators Association of Nova Scotia.
Rice will work with a board of 14 public school administrators to represent the interests and voices of more than 800 of the province’s educational administrators at the school and regional levels.
He’s been in charge of the Strait Regional Centre for Education- and previously the Strait Regional School Board- since 2012; Paul Landry, the SRCE’s acting director of operations, will serve as acting regional executive director until a replacement is found.
