If I’m cooking bacon, the oven is my preferred method. So easy & pretty much foolproof (which is what I need when I cook, trust me!) Also: No messy grease splatters & you don’t have to stand over the frying pan.
- Preheat the oven to 400
- Lay bacon out on baking sheet (try to make sure the pieces aren’t touching)
- Cook for about 20 minutes. I like to flip the pieces halfway through but I don’t think it’s required.
Bonus: Line your baking sheet with tinfoil and let the grease cool then just ball it up and throw it away. Easy cleanup!
