The province is easing COVID-19 rules for sports practices and arts rehearsals Monday.
25 people indoors and 50 people outdoors will now be allowed for each.
Dr. Robert Strang, Chief Medical Officer of Health for Nova Scotia, says our cautious approach has served us well, but these kinds of activities are important to people and communities.
“We recognize the physical and mental health benefits of having full sports practices and rehearsals.”
All other restrictions will remain in place until at least February 14.
