You’ll have to be careful if you’re heading out Monday morning.
A freezing rain warning is in effect for western, central and northern Nova Scotia.
Environment Canada says freezing rain will last four to six hours, with up to eight millimetres falling.
It will change to rain later in the day.
For eastern Nova Scotia and Cape Breton, freezing rain should begin in the evening and last overnight.
For Sunday, a winter storm warning is still in effect for Inverness County north of Mabou, another five to 10 centimetres of snow is expected through the day.
