A woman is dead after she was hit by a snowplow in a Truro parking lot, Monday morning.
In a post on social media, Truro Police Service it happened around 6:30 a.m. on Queen Street in front of a car dealership.
According to a GoFundMe set up by those close to her, the 54 year old was named Tina Clyke.
“Our dear Sister/Friend/Aunt Tina has left this world far too soon. We are shocked and saddened and will miss her dearly,” says organizer Krystle Clyke.
The fundraiser says she was the most amazing woman a family or friend could have, with the biggest smile and the money will go to the family to help navigate this difficult time.
More than $36,000 has already been raised.
