A suspect in a drug bust in Inverness Co. is scheduled to return to court in March.
Rachel Phillips, 46, of We’koqma’q faces charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking and cultivation of marijuana.
Phillips, who entered not guilty pleas in August, was expected to stand trial in November; it didn’t go ahead.
She had a March 14 date set for her trial in Port Hawkesbury Provincial Court Tuesday.
RCMP say officers seized marijuana, oxycodone tablets, drug paraphernalia and cash when they searched a We’koqma’q home in Feb. 2016.
