The price of gas has taken another drop heading into the weekend.
Pump prices fell as much as 3 cents during the regular price adjustment at midnight, which means the new range for a litre of regular self-serve in the Quad Counties is between $1.04.8 on the low end, and $1.07.8 on the high end.
Gas, which has dropped every week since the Thanksgiving long weekend, is down more than 24 cents in the last seven weeks, an average of 3.5 cents per week.
Diesel also went down, falling 3.3 cents a litre; that means the new range in the Quad Counties is between a minimum of $1.20.3 and a maximum of $1.23.3.
