The East Antigonish Mustangs def. the host Pomquet Panthers in three sets (25-20, 11-25, 15-10) in the championship match to win the regional banner for the second straight year.
East Antigonish, Pomquet and Hants North all advance to Div. 3 provincials Nov. 30- Dec. 1.
