Lionel Desmond’s Veterans Affairs case worker has resumed her testimony.
Marie-Paule Doucet took the stand at the Desmond Fatality Inquiry in Port Hawkesbury Tuesday.
She returned Wednesday morning.
Shane Russell, the inquiry’s co-counsel, asked Doucet if she would have liked to have the views and thoughts of Desmond’s former case worker available to her when he came into her care.
“I can see some value, yes- if the veteran wishes for me to have that information.”
Doucet continues her testimony Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday has also been set aside for more testimony, if required.
