The Municipality of the County of Richmond as launched an alert system to communicate with residents during events like fires or floods as well as day-to-day communications such as planned maintenance, water advisories and more.
It’s called Voyent Alert. You can choose how you want to get alerts:

Richmond County councillor Amanda Mombourquette says that they will also continue to share messages via traditional media as well.
