5,618 tests were completed between February 26th and March 2nd at the rapid-testing sites in Eastern Passage, Halifax and Spryfield.
Chief Medical Officer of Health Doctor Robert Strang says most adults will receive the vaccine by June, but not youth.
“At this point in time we have no COVID-19 vaccines globally for children and younger youth.”
38,676 doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered and over 14,000 Nova Scotians have received their second dose.
