Nova Scotia Power will be in the hot seat at Province House.
President and CEO Peter Gregg will answer questions on March’s cyber attack, where over 280,000 Nova Scotians had their personal information stolen.
The Standing Committee on Public Accounts will hold the session Wednesday morning at 9.
Gregg will be joined by Chris Heck, Chief Digital Officer for Emera, and Chris Lanteigne, Director of Customer Care.
Interim Liberal leader Derek Mombourquette wrote a letter to committee chair Susan LeBlanc of the NDP last week, requesting an emergency meeting.
He said given the scope and seriousness, Nova Scotians deserve answers.
The NDP agreed, and the meeting was scheduled.
NS Power sent out letters to those affected, and are offering free credit monitoring for two years.
