4 year old Oakley has been missing since April 17 after he fell into the water in Cooks Cove while fishing with family.
A toy drive has been organized for the IWK and Ronald McDonald House in honor of his 5th birthday on July 20
His mom, Macy Delorey, said that Oakley had surgery in October and spent a little over a month at the IWK. His favorite thing about his stay were the toys he received to take home. His favorite include spiderman, superheroes and baby shark.
