The Strait Regional Education Centre has revealed the winners of the 2024-2025 Educator Impact Awards.
The award goes to teachers who have made a significant impact on students.
This year’s theme was student engagement and focused on teachers who “know, respond to and engage their students, and provide culturally responsive, engaging learning experiences that enable students to achieve success,” according to a news release.
Regional Executive Director of Education, Paul Landry, thanked the teachers’ commitment to their work.
“We appreciate and value the significant impact they are making as an educator in fostering student success,” he wrote.

The winners will be celebrated at their schools alongside their students, the release said.
