The Annual Accountability Report on Emergency Departments in Nova Scotia was submitted to the Clerk of the House of Assembly today.
The report details emergency department closures throughout Nova Scotia.
The Strait Richmond Hospital ER was closed 16 percent of the time from April 2020 to March 2021.
This makes it the third most closed ER in the Eastern Zone.
Victoria County Memorial Hospital came in last with 2,324.5 unplanned hours closed.
