A 45 year old Port Hawkesbury man appeared in provincial court yesterday on sexual assault charges.
Jason Seymour will be back in court on April 11th for election and plea.
He is charged with two counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference, and one count of sexual exploitation.
RCMP tell the Hawk that Seymour was arrested on February 14th and later released on conditions.
This followed a complaint a few weeks earlier that a man had sexually assaulted a female youth.
