CEO of EverWind Fuels Trent Vichie has made a large investment with Celtic Air Services and Ax Air Aviation. The investment was made to support the region and Celtic Air Services to ensure the company has the appropriate resources needed to continue growing the Allan J MacEachen Airport. Vichie says aerial operations need to be planned to support the region and Nova Scotia’s plans for the continued development of renewable wind resources.
Celtic president David Morgan welcomed the investment and the experience that Vichie and his team will bring to the company as they look to grow their airport asset base and their charter airline. He added that this new partnership will help to maximize opportunities at the airport and allow for more service offerings.
With plans in place to add infrastructure to provide support for increased air traffic at the airport the companies will add employees and lay out the groundwork to grow shoulder season traffic and add scheduled flights.
