Rachel Homan is one win away from the Olympics.
Her Ontario-based world number one ranked squad defeated Christina Black’s team from Halifax 5-4 today at the Canadian Curling Trials.
Homan’s squad now leads the best-of-three series one-nothing, with Game 2 tomorrow afternoon at Scotiabank Centre in Halifax.
Tonight, the men’s final begins between Brad Jacobs and Matt Dunstone.
The winners of their respective divisions will represent Canada at the Olympics in February.
